Pattern and instructions to make: 

Very Easy Vogue 9906; ca. 1978; Misses' Shirt. Loose-fitting, pullover shirt, with front gathered into forward shoulder seams, has front extension opening, rectangular collar, patch pocket and full-length sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs or short sleeves with turn back cuffs. Views C and D have partially elasticized drawstring at lower edge forming blouson.

The pattern is complete and factory folded.  The envelope has signs of wear. It is creased and has tears, corner bumps and has some spotty discolouration on the envelope only. This is a second-hand item.
