Vogue 6196; ca. 1964; Misses' Dress and Cape. Semi-fitting shift dress, with drawstring scooped neckline and self ties. Self drawstring cape is elbow length. Optional contrast band.

The UNPRINTED pattern is complete and has been used. There are pin marks, creases, tailor’s chalk on some pieces. The envelope has tears and some brown discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
