Instructions and pattern to make Simplicity 9775; ©1980; Misses' Dress: Dress with "Peter Pan" collar, front button closing, set-in sleeves and skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized waistline can be worn with or without belt. Lace trimmed V. 1 and V. 2 have long gathered sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Top-stitched V. 3 has short petal sleeves. V. 1 & V. 3 have ribbon tie. V. 2 has self tie. V. 2 & V. 3 have double collar.

The pattern is complete and has been cut out. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, corner bumps. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
