Pattern and instructions to make: Button front blouse with front and back waistline darts and long or short sleeves with pleat and button closing. V1 and 2 have long sleeves. V3 and 4 have short sleeves. V1 has self collar. V2 and 3 have lace collar and lace trim. V4 is collarless

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and has tears and spotty discolouration, there is writing in pen on the front. The top flap is nearly torn off. This is a second-hand item.
