Pattern and instructions to make:Simplicity 9363; ©1971; Misses' Jiffy Tunic with Three Necklines and Pants: The tunic with back zipper has short set-in sleeves and optional purchased belt. V. 1 has high round neckline. V. 2 has V shaped neckline. V. 3 has low U shaped neckline. The pants have elastic waistline casing. 

Vintage condition: pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, small tears, spotty brown discolouration, the envelope is worn and torn along the bottom edge). This is a second hand item.
