Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 6789; ©1985; Misses' Easy-To-Sew Pullover Dress: All views have gathered skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized waist, funnel neckline with front slash opening, front and back flange and pockets in side seams. V. 1 & 2 have set in sleeves gathered to armholes. V. 1 has front and back tucks and elbow length sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V. 2 has short sleeves. V. 3 is sleeveless.

The pattern is complete and has been neatly cut out. The instructions are present. The envelope has some signs of wear (creasing, small tears, spotty discolouration). This is a second-hand item.
