Size 10. Bust 31 inches

Simplicity 6089; ©1965; Collarless dress or blouse with short kimono sleeves has back zipper.Dress has self or purchased belt.Lined jumper or top without side seams has V neckline and buttoned tabs.Skirt and slacks have waistbands and side zippers.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. Instructions are present.  Envelope shows wear, creasing. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) and some writing in pencil on the envelope. This is a second hand item.
