Instructions and pattern to make: 

Loose-fitting, pullover tops and tunics have bias self binding and gathered sleeve cap. B: Button trim on sleeves and hem band. A,B: Seam opening on sleeves and purchased trim. C: Ties. D: Gathered flounce (wrong side of fabric shows) and elasticized tuck forms ruffle. A,C,D: Narrow hem. A,D: Binding extends into tie ends.

Easy to sew.
