Pattern and instructions to make 

Stitch 'N Save by McCall’s 3797 pullover long-sleeved dress with a gathered cummerbund, extended shoulders, and shoulder pads. The bodice is back-buttoned with a zippered opening, while the straight skirt includes front pleats, back gathers, and a back hemline slit.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, larger tears, discolouration and a mark left by an adhesive sticker). This is a second hand item.
