Le Petit Écho de la Mode is a French weekly women’s magazine, founded in the 19th century, owned by Charles de Penanster, then disappeared in 1983. In addition to the theme of fashion, tackled from the first cover, everyday life is relayed through embroidery, cooking, education, good manners or even furniture advice.

Dimensions: 29 x 22 cm

Small broadsheet, with coloured front and rear covers and an centre page spread, and numerous illustrations and patterns in the text; covers and edges browned and have tiny tears, else a very good, copy. SCARCE.

A scarce and highly-collectible publication. An invaluable resource for vintage fashion enthusiasts.
