Enid Gilchrist under 5 fashion children's pattern book early 1960s, contains many draftable patterns

Enid Gilchrist produced a series of book containing instructions for drafting patterns for all the family. This book contains 50 pages of draftable patterns for under 5 years old  children's clothing. The book is somewhat tattered with some of the surface worn off the front cover, small tears, loose staples, writing in pen, creasing.
