Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 6274 Girl's jacket, jumper, pants and blouse. semi-fitted, unlined jacket has long sleeves and front closing. Jumper, two lengths, has fitted bodice. A-line skirt and back zipper. Tpered pant elasticized back. All have contrast  bands, button and slef loops. Semi-fitted blouse, buttoned closing and long sleeves, elastic forms self ruffle. Jacket, jumper and blouse purcahsed trim. 

Vintage condition: pattern is complete and unused. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear and tattering (tears, wear, creasing). This is a second hand item.
