Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 6992, Jacket, Vest, Skirt, Pants (S) This Ladies 1970's Sewing Pattern makes a fitted cardigan jacket has front button closing, round neckline, full length tapered sleeves, and top stitch trim. Fitted, sleveless vest with V-neckline has side zipper and topstitch trim. Flare skirt in two lengths and full, flares pants have waistband and back zipper closing.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (spotty discolouration, creasing, tears). This is a second hand item.
