See & Sew by Butterick 5575; ©1987; Misses' Jacket, Top & Skirt. Loose-fitting, unlined, below hip jacket has notched shawl collar, extended shoulder, shoulder pads, pockets and long sleeves. Semi-fitted, pullover, sleeveless top has narrow hem. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has elastic waist and back hemline slit. Purchased belt.

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with some tears and some discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
