Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 5521; ca. 1979; Misses' Jumper. Semi fitted jumper in below mid-knee length has pointed convertible collar, lapped front opening forming center front pleat (no closing above waistline), cut away armholes, patch pockets, back yoke, self drawstring waistline, pockets in side seams and side slits. Purchased tops.

Vintage condition: pattern is has been cut out, The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, tiny tears, spotty discolouration). This is a second hand item.
