Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 4621; ca. early 1980s; Misses' Top. Loose-fitting top witih optional purchased drawstring has cowl collar, extended shoulders and full length sleeves can be worn rolled up. When sleeves ae worn rolled, wrong side of fabric will show. optional purchased shoulder pads.

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has wear. It is creased and has tears and spotty discolouration on it. This is a second-hand item.
