Pattern and instructions to make:

Butterick 4396; ca. 1980s; Sized for Misses/Misses Petite Jacket & Dress. Fitted and flared dress three inches below mid-knee has camisole top with back zipper closing, gathered at waist and purchased ribbon belt. Self lined jacket has shaped hemline and short sleeves gathered at cap.

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is slightly creased and there are some tears and some spotty brown discolouration (foxing) also. This is a second-hand item.
