Butterick 3336 vintage 1980s blouse sewing pattern

Size 14. Bust 36 inches. 

Pattern and instructions to make: Butterick 3336; ca. 1980s; Misses' Blouse. Loose-fitting blouses with purchased lace trim have shaped band collar, slightly forward shoulder seams, front buttoned closing and full length sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs with continuous lap opening.  Purchased belt.

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and tiny tears and spotty discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
