Pattern and instructions to make: Very Easy Very Vogue 9156; ©1984; Misses' Dress. Very loose-fitting, A-line dress, mid or lower calf, has shoulder pads, front panel, no side seams, (skirt), back zipper and long sleeves pushed up. Purchased belt.

The multisize pattern is complete and uncut.  The envelope has signs of wear. It is creased and torn and has spotty discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
