Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 4684; ca. 1970s; Jane Tise - Misses' Blouses. Semi-fitted blouses have collar-on-band or shaped standing collar with or without button and loop closing, one-piece yoke, front buttoned placket or inset from bands with neckline slit, banded patch pocket variations with or without button closings, shirttail hemlines, and topstitch trim. Bi-color. Full-length sleeves, with or without buttoned plackets, are pleated into buttoned cuffs.
The pattern is complete and has been partly cut out, there are small ears on some pieces. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased, worn, torn and faded . There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
