Pattern and instructions to make:

Loose-fitting, lined, hip length jacket has notched collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, upper welt pocket, lower welt pockets with flaps and two-piece, above elbow or long sleeves. Loose-fitting dress has slightly cut-in armholes and back zipper.

This sewing pattern is out-of-print, uncut, the instructions are present. 

The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and has corner bumps and small tears. Some staining and discolouration.

This is a second-hand item.
