Size 8 - 10 - 12. Bust 31 1/2 - 32 1/2 - 34 inches inches. 

Pattern and instructions to make: Very loose-fitting blouse has mock bands, shoulder pads, pockets and above-elbow, 3/4 or long sleeves. B. C. Sleeve bands. Purchased belt.

The pattern is complete and has been cut out to size 12, making all sizes useable. THE SLEEVE BAND PIECE IS MISSING, THIS SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM FOR THE EXPERIENCED SEWER. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and tiny tears, a store stamp and spotty discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
