Pattern and instructions to make: Vogue 9540; ca. 1976; Misses' Jacket, Jumpsuit and Dress. Loose-fitting, unlined jacket, slightly below waistline length, has sailor shawl collar, short kimono sleeves and side hemline slits. (Jacket does not meet at center front.) Straight-legged jumpsuit or dress, four inches below mid-knee or ankle length, is elasticized at waistline and above bust and has pockets in side seams and self tie belt.
Vintage condition: pattern is complete partially cut and has been used. The dress pattern has been cut to the short length, the extra piece is present The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing). This is a second hand item.
