Very Easy Vogue - Little Vogue 1814; ca. 1977; Girls Dress. Fitted and flared, short or evening length dress has round neckline, ruffle collar, elasticized high waistline, back zipper closing, thread carriers and short or full-length sleeves gathered at cap and elasticized at lower edge forming self ruffle. Views B and C have hemline ruffle. All ruffles have purchased lace trim. Purchased ribbon for sash.
