Pattern and instructions to make: Vogue Basic Design 1149; ©1993; Misses'/Misses' Petite Dress. Dress, below mid-calf or above ankle, has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads and princess seams. A: purchased trim. A, B: contrast collar and cuffs. C: short, self-lined sleeves. A, B, C: fitted and flared. D: collar. A, E: long sleeves with tucks. B, D: above elbow sleeves with tucks. D, E: semi-fitted, slightly tapered, button trim on sleeves.

The pattern is complete and factory folded The envelope is creased and has corner bumps, spotty discolouration and tiny tears. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
