Pattern and instructions to make: 

Vogue Designer Original 2688: Misses coat and skit. Very loose-fitting, lined coat has shoulder pads, slightly forward side seams, side seam pockets, two-piece sleeves and topstitiching. Purchased belt. Slim skirt has side zipper and side hemline vents.

The pattern is complete and factory folded.  The envelope has signs of wear. It is creased and has some small tears, corner bumps and has some spotty discolouration on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
