Pattern and instructions to make: 

Vogue Special Design 7715; ca. 1970; Suit & Blouse. Slightly fitted jacket with wrist length sleevse has welt and button trim and high center back vent. Top stitch trim. Over blouse with jewel neckline has short sleeves and belt with button trim. Skirt with waistband has front pleats and darted back.

The pattern is complete, and factory folded. The sew-in label is missing. The envelope has signs of wear. It is creased has tears and discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
