Pattern and instructions to make: Style 4121; ©1973;Misses' Dress in Two Lengths. Dress has shaped midriff band and back zipper. V. 1 & 2 have front bodice with halter neckline. V. 2 has self fabric frills. V. 3 has bodice with lowered neckline, is sleeveless and has trim.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, small tears and spotty discolouration). This is a second hand item.
