Pattern and instructions to make: Style 3999 misses pullover dress or top and skirt. Dress or top have shoulder tucks and three quarter length sleeves. Model 1 and 2 have pockets in side seams. Model 2 and 3 have bias cut collar. Straight skirt has front and back waist darts and zipper in left side seams. 

The  pattern has been neatly cut out and used. The pattern is complete and the instructions are present. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and there are some small tears and corner bumps and writing in pen on it.

This is a second-hand item.
