Pattern and instructions to make:

Misses' Set of Blouses: (Transfer for smoking included, not sure if it works) All views, gathered onto double yoke, have bias cut collar. View 1, with smoking detail on front and back, and View 2 have long sleeves gathered into button fastening cuffs. View 3 has trim on collar and short sleeves. View 4 has extended shoulder line.

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and small tears and spotty discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
