Misses' Sew Simple Dress or Skirt: Flared dress or skirt is gathered with shirring elastic around upper edge and has attached shoulder ties. The deep frill is applied forming a self ruffle.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, spotty brown discolouration, wear). This is a second hand item.
