Instructions and pattern to make vintage: Simplicity 9511; ©1989; Damon Dress Inc. - Misses'/Misses' Petite Dress and Unlined Jacket ... Easy-To-Sew: Below knee length dress has button front V-neck bodice, extended shoulders forming cap sleeves, straight skirt with front pockets and pleats, elasticized waistline seam and back hemline vent. V. 2 dress has contrast skirt. Loose-fitting, unlined jacket has three-quarter length sleeves with turn back cuffs.

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with tears and spotty brown discolouration (foxing). This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
