Pattern and instructions to make Simplicity 8712; ©1988; Popeye - Child's Easy-To-Sew Knit Tops and Pull-on Pants, Shorts and Skirt. Full-Color Iron-On Transfer Included: Top with short sleeves has vestee, collar with knit trim and tie, side slits and purchased applique. Tank top has edges encased in fold-over knit braid. Pants and shorts have elasticized waist. Skirt has elasticized waist band. Transfer recommended for use on white fabrics only of polyester or polyester/cotton blends.

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has tattering and some discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
