Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 9474; ©1980; Misses' Shirt: Top-stitched shirt has left front button opening, dropped shoulders and optional patch pocket with flap. Long sleeve v. 1 and sleeveless v. 2 have stand up collar. V. 3 is sleeveless and collarless.

Vintage condition: pattern is complete and uncut. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, discolouration, small tears). This is a second hand item.
