Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 9110; ©1989; Misses' Culottes in Three Lengths: Pull-on pleated cullotes have back elastic casing, front waistband and pockets. 

The pattern is complete and has been cut out to the largest size making all sizes useable.  The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and there are some tear, the top flap is almost torn off. There is some brown discolouration on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
