Pattern and instructions to make:

Simplicity 8568; ©1978; Misses' Dress in Two Lengths and Sash: The dress with ruffled skirt stitched to bodice at normal waistline has back zipper, short raglan sleeves, elastic neckline and sleeve casings and optional shoulder ties. V. 1 worn with ruffled sash is long. V. 2 and 3 are regular length. V. 3 has contrasting sleeves and ruffle.

Vintage condition: pattern is UNCUT, complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear ( creasing and fading). This is a second hand item.
