Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 7457; ©1967; Simplie-To-Sew Young Junior/Teens' and Misses' Blouse: (Including Tissue Lesson-Chart ... "How to apply neckline facings and collar".) The blouse has high round neckline, back zipper and slits in side seams. V. 1 has Bermuda collar, short set-in sleeves and optional top-stitching. V. 2 & 3 are sleeveless and collarless. V. 2 has woven braid trim. V. 3 has patch pocket.

Vintage condition: The pattern is complete and has been cut out and used. Instructions are present.  Envelope shows creasing, spotty discolouration and tiny tears. This is a second hand item.
