Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 6562; ©1966; Men's or Boys' Shirt and Swim Shorts: Shirt V. 1 with yoke and forward shoulder seams has short set-in sleeves, collar, front loop and button closing, top-stitching trim and slits in side seams. Shorts V. 1 and 2 with optional lining has back pocket, waistline casing and drawstring.

The pattern UNPRINTED pattern is complete. There is tailor’s chalk on some pieces.  The envelope is worn. It is creased and has small tears, with spotty discolouration and marker pen on it. This is a second-hand item.
