Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 5848: Misses’ Blouse with Sleeve Variations: Top-stitched blouse with yoke forming forward shoulder seams has neck band, front band and button closing, shirt-tail hem and tab. V. 1 and 2 have set-in sleeves, self-ruffles and contrasting ruffle and band facings. V. 1 has short sleeves with contrasting facings forming turn-back cuffs. V. 2 has long sleeves gathered to buttoned turn-back cuffs with contrasting facings. Sleeveless V. 3 has eyelet ruffles.”
The pattern is complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and tiny tears and spotty discolouration, there is an adhesive label on it. This is a second-hand item.
