Pattern and instructions to make:

Simplicity 5514; ©1973; Simple-To-Sew Dress and Bag in Misses' and Half-Sizes: (Including a Tissue Lesson Chart ... "How-To Trim a Shirt"). The dress has back zipper and shaped patch pockets. Collarless V. 1 has button and rick-rack trim. V. 2 has contrasting collar. V. 3 has contrasting collar and pockets. The bag has cord handle.

Vintage condition: pattern is cut out. Piece A, Front has been cut across the entire piece and stuck back together with adhesive tape. There is drawing in pen across that piece as well. THE BAG PIECES ARE MISSING. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, small tears, spotty brown discolouration, writing in pen). This is a second hand item.
