Instructions and pattern to make vintage Simplicity 5363; ©1981; Misses' Fast and Fabulous Pullover Dress and Unlined Jacket - Adjustable for Miss Petite: Sleeveless dress has scooped neckline, flared skirt stitched to bodice at elasticized waistline, patch pockets, piping trim and optional tie belt. Short bolero jacket has stand-up collar, short set-in sleeves and top-stitching.

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with tiny tears, marks and corner bumps. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
