Pattern and instructions to make:

Simplicity 5235; ©1972; The Design has the New Narrow Shoulder Look. The Shoulder Length of the Pattern is Shorter and the Head of the Sleeve is Higher. Misses' Blouse, Skirt, Pantskirt and Sash: The blouse with "V" shaped neckline has "Italian" type collar, long set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and buttoned cuffs and optional button trim. The ankle length skirt and pantskirt gathered to waistband have back zipper and are worn with contrasting sash.

Vintage condition: pattern is cut, complete. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear (creasing, tears, spotty discolouration, writing in pen). This is a second hand item.
