Size 12 years.  Breast 30 inches 

Pattern and instructions to make: Simplicity 3615 Girls’ two-piece dress. Skirt has zipper and pressed or unpressed pleats. Top has back button closing, set-in sleeves, contrasting collar and slits at side seams. V1 and 2 have long sleeves pleated into buttoned wristbands, patch pockets and fringed trim. V 2 collar and trim match skirt. V 3 has short sleeves and braid trim. 

The UNPRINTED pattern is unused, complete. The pieces are creased. The instructions are present. The envelope is tattered on the bottom edge with brown discolouration. This is a second-hand item.
