Instructions and pattern to make Simplicity 2783; ©1958; Boy's Dress Shirt and Sport Shirt: Shirt has pointed collar, shoulder yoke, set-in sleeves, button front closing and pockets. V. 1 and 2 dress shirts have a collar band and front band. V. 1 has French cuffs. V. 2 collar is buttoned down. V. 2 and 3 wristbands are rounded. V. 3 and 4 have sport collars. V. 3 has openings at lower edge of side seams.

The pattern is complete, unused. The instructions are present. The envelope has  wear. It is creased, tattered and torn. There is spotty discolouration (foxing)  on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
