Instructions and pattern to make: Special Occasion flounce dresses with princess seams.
They are close-fitting, underlined, and lined.
They have:
** boned bodices
** semi-fitted skirt variations
** invisible back zippers
** circular skirts cut on the crosswise grain
** overskirts with very narrow hems (the interior side of the fabric will show)
The belt has a bow with a knot and a hook & eye closing.
The purchased appliqués are optional.
