Instructions and pattern to make: McCall's 7847. Girl’s shirt and pull-on pants. Loose-fitting button front shirt has pockets and shirttail hem; shirt A has loop and button closure on sleeves; pull-on pants with side seam pockets and fold back waistline casing has ribbed cuffs. 

The pattern is complete, and uncut. The instructions are present,  The envelope has  wear. It is creased. There is discolouration (foxing) on the envelope. This is a second-hand item.
