Instructions and pattern to make

Butterick 6562; ca. 1980; Misses' Dress: Fitted and flared dress 5" (12.5 cm) below mid knee with elasticized waistline and attached self shoulder straps. A: has V neckline. B: has straight upper edge with attached self shaped cuff. C: has mock cowl upper edge and D has attached self ruffle. Topstitching.

The pattern is complete and factory folded. The instructions are present. The envelope is creased, with some tiny tears,  and some discolouration. This is a second hand item. Your pattern arrives in a clear archival envelope with cardboard backing.
