Butterick 5006 vintage 1970s women's shirt sewing pattern

Size 14. Bust 92cm 36 inches. 

Pattern and instructions to make:

Butterick 5006; ca. 1977; Misses' Shirt and Embroidery Transfer. Close fitting shirt has pointed collar on band, front band closing, shaped front and back bias yokes, full length sleeves eased into bias cuffs, shaped hemline, and topstitch trim. With or wihtout shaped patch pockets and bias flaps. Button or hammer on snap closings. A: embroidery on pocket flaps and pitucked yokes. B: embroidery on front yoke. C and D: solid or bi color. Included are embroidery directions for views A and B and transfer for view B.

Matching men's pattern is Butterick 5007.

The pattern is unused, complete and factory folded. The envelope has some signs of wear. It is creased and faded and there is a  tear at the top. There is spotty discolouration (foxing) on the envelope, The embroidery transfers are complete and they have some yellowing that should not affect use. This is a second-hand item.
