girls dress. Dress, 1 inch below mid-knee has fitted, shaped, low waist bodice, slightly A- line skirt, attached tie ends, back zipper and sleeves with stiffening at cap. A: elbow length sleeves tucked at lower edge. A and B: bodice ruffle. B: armhole ruffle. A and C: collar on band. B and C: above elbow or long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. C: contrast. 

Vintage condition: pattern is complete and unused. The instructions are present. Envelope shows wear and tattering (tears, wear, creasing). This is a second hand item.
