Pattern and instructions to make Butterick 5751. Misses/misses petite dress, jacket and pants. Fitted, straight, lined dress or jacket, above mid-knee, has raised neckline, shoulder pads princess seams and long sleeves. Semi-fitted, tapered pants have contour waist and back zipper. Purchased top.
